Had an appointment for a medical for life insurance. The staff was so great. The receptionist called the day before to confirm my appointment & was very nice & helpful when I came in. The nurse was so kind & patient with my aversion to needles. She was also funny yet very professional… & you could tell she was experienced. I was in & out in 10min.
Gina(Gia) called to schedule appointment for my medical appointment, she never said it had to be fasting bloodwork and then calls today when my appointment is in two day and says she accidentally overbooked for the same time, we need to reschedule. Which was obviously a lie, her supervisor gets on the phone and starts yelling - that the nurse that the scheduled my appointment with doesn’t travel to my area.
