My realtor referred me to Sharon Dees with Approved Mortgage. I contacted Sharon late the same evening, she called me right away to gather info, and I was approved and ready to make a home offer by noon the next day! She worked hard to fight through the red tape for us, and was able to get us to closing by our desired move date which was within 30 days.
