This place is EXCELLENT!! I was shopping for an out-of-stock 28ft Werner and Approved had it at a price that beat EVERYBODY. I wasn't looking forward to Torresdale Ave, but it was worth the hour drive into Philly. They have a big overhead to pull in and a large loading zone on the street....so zero issues going there and picking up....easier than buying anything at HD!! Any future ladder anything I'm going straight there. And the owner is super nice and helpful. I only do reviews for people that really deserve it!!
Went to see if they could service my vehicle. A customer, man, walked up behind me. Clearly pulled up after I was already in the building and walked in after I was already in the building. The owner didn’t even get done saying hello to me before he walked past me to service the man who came after me. Then he came back to me after speaking to that gentleman. I returned a ladder because the rung lock fell off. They said they refunded my money but when I checked it on cash app he canceled while it was pending. Totally and completely sneaky. Good products. Snake as an business man.
