DON"T HIRE THIS ! You will be sorry like I am – They came yesterday to see what is wrong with my air and charged me $166 saying that they fixed it and was working but it will take some time to cool . An hour later I realized that was not working. Called them and they said they did their job and if I want them back I have to pay again. Run, Don't Walk – Thank you for a great installation of my new air conditioner and furnace. It is rare, when dealing with contractors, that you meet honest and friendly people. Approved Comfort gave me the best value for the money I spent, they were honest, and they made me feel good. I would recommend using this company for all of your needs in the furnace and air conditioning department!
Perfectionists – for the past few years I have been using a small heating and cooling company, and it seemed like I was always haveing issues. Being loyal I stuck it out despite being upset. I did some research and found Approved Comfort Heat and Air. Yes, THANK YOU APPROVED COMFORT – We just had a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed today (they were out in the morning and an hour later they were at my home to install in the "24 Hour Emergency Ambulance"). I was amazed at the level of service and how attentive they were to my needs. I wanted to my A/C inspected for the summer and was refered by John Schmidt. JOHN'S NEIGHBOR-- THANK YOU APPROVED COMFORT – I am John's neighbor, and to be honest the "24 Hour Emergency Comfort Ambulance" parked in front of his house got my kids attention. I had a chance to speak to John and he explained his situation. I had also used one of the other HVAC companies in town that claimed to be the "biggest dealer in town". THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SALES AND SERVICE – I had a furnace and Air Conditioner that was getting old. I called the company that I normally would call. Not only were they late for the appointment, but very short with me as I didn't understand what was being offered. I searched online and saw Approved Comfort. Don't fall for their cheap prices!!!!!! – If you are looking for the worst service company in the area, call them. They'd be happy to send out their sub-contracting, non-insured, commission based, un-certified technician, to take your money and not back up what they promote. Long story short, I'm still waiting! Approved Comfort is Always trying to meet the customers needs – Randys boiler installation was not scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Approved Comfort did recognize his dissatisfaction and communicated there regrets. They did offer to pay his bill that was submitted and offered multiple solutions to keep this customer happy.
