When we have an issue with any of our appliances we call Mark. He's repaired our AC, our water heater, and our washing machine (more than once - they don't make 'em like they used to!) Mark is knowledgeable and his prices are fair. He's not always as responsive as I'd like when there's an emergency, but that's a sign of someone in high demand!
