The appraiser had no experience in our area and completely botched the appraisal. Square footage was completely off and she used comps in a different zip code! She refused to change it, and now we're back to square one. She didn't even know how long it would take to get to the home and tried to cancel the day of! This has been the worst experience ever! I suggest you don't use them.
