The appraisal was ordered on 3/15/18, the appraisal was completed on 4/2 but not received by our lending company until 4/18/18! It only goes downhill from here! Because the comps used the property had to have a field review done. The soonest that could be done was 5/1/18. We were supposed to close on 4/30. The field review came back and the original appraisal had 18 pages of corrections. We will not close now till 5/7/18! They would not return phone calls and was extremely expensive.
