This was probably the most unprofessional business experience I have ever encountered. Dale Shea arrived at my residence with his dog, which proceeded to jump on my furniture. He was totally unprepared to do an appraisal on my property because he had no idea what it was worth and took longer than promised. When we finally got the appraisal it was so low that we couldn't even use it when we listed the property. When we told our realtor what the property was appraised for he started laughing.
