Terrible company. Specifically Bruce Davis. Bruce did not add value to multiple things on my property, including the 15 thousand dollar steel roof, Sheetrock, and a moisture barrier under the mobile home and a shed on the property with the same type of foundation as the mobile home. But yet he pointed out add ons on a comp property. I voiced my concern with BRUCE DAVIS and his response was "I don't care if the property sells or not."

The appraiser, Bill Minus, has no business being an appraiser, he used comps that were 20 years old when appraising a new house, which was of superior quality on a larger lot than all of his comps, worst appraisal i have ever seen. I would avoid this company.
