I paid $900 for a DOD appraisal. The appraisal has been received and is a very detailed document with good examples of similar properties. Although there was a delay that could not have been avoided, we are very pleased with the work put in the report.
I paid $900 for a DOD appraisal. No appraisal has been received as of today. On 8/06/2035 the quote was 3 weeks. We were advised of a delay. Still waiting with no update!
