Our Home appraisal was conducted by David Cummings of Appraisal Services of North Alabama. He was patient , knowledgeable and very professional. He performed an excellent appraisal that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company!!
Would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Kenneth Brooks was to do the appraisal on our home. He didn't care enough to turn off the lights nor lock the doors back in our home. Which didn't surprise me after he said he could not pull comps for our home and then two realtors involved who couldn't believe it either needed to provide comps.
