Who doesn't understand what a crawl space is? Steps in an egress window well, yes, they are built into the design of the window well. Amateur? This stuff is not for amateurs, that's how the housing crisis happened last time. What else is wrong?
If I could give a negative number I would! This guy comes to my house and starts his appraisal outside 10 minutes into it he comes and knocks at my door and asked if he could use my bathroom. He then proceeds to go to the bathroom and duke it up!!! Then he doesn’t turn the fan on and comes out and tells me don’t eat gas station burritos. WHO DOES THAT???
