I am a homeowner. When you have paid for an appraisal you never want the appraiser to walk into you home prior to the appraisal and say " the good news is home prices are stabilizing, when, in fact is is summer of 2023, and, they did not stabilize. My home increased less than 20K with a new roof. Weird, So weird. But if you are a homeowner looking to capitalize on the equity, this would not be the company to do it with. -check with your agents.
Tim Gatto and his team at the Appraisal Group are top-notch professionals. Communication is always there, and in my experience they are consistently ahead of schedule with my clients' deadlines.
