Update: I may not be the direct client, but it's my purchase you're affecting. AND if I'm not your client, you shouldn't have called me directly! AND before you say you didn't call, know there is such a thing as a call log, and I don't delete mine! Like in the previous reviews, Nick Doroff is the worst appraiser I've ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with. This guy doesn’t even rate I have never seen a Apprisal this bad ..he has no personality he dose not know how to talk to customer 6 months earlier I had a sale for 350k and the appraiser apprisals it out for that that deal fell through …after 6 months I resold it but the appraisal was More than 6 month old …so I had to get another one and along cones this guy….he apprised it for $55k less than 6 months ago and lied and said it had not been rehabbed and maybe kitchen and bathroom might have been updated 5 to 10 years ago .. First I meet Nick when he did an appraisal for a lender2019 . We sold the property at the asking price. I was impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge and from that time we hired him to appraise 6 other properties . He was all the time right on the value conform to the market fluctuation. We already sold 4 of them at the value he appraised, corrected up with the market demand at the respective moment ( we had for each house 4 to 7 competing offers). We are very pleased with his work and advice.
My attorney engaged Nick Doroff for appraisal of my property for estate sale purposes. Mr. Doroff provided professional and timely service. Appraisal was very helpful in our process. Highly recommended appraiser in Chicagoland.
The Worst Evaluation Nikita Doroff, on the other hand, evaluated my home for $40,000 less than it was worth. HE'S THE WORST!! I REPEAT, HE'S THE WORST!! This company should not be used. I pointed out numerous flaws in the appraisal but refused to correct them. If an appraisal business contacts you first for a purchase or refinance appraisal, save yourself some time and don't go with them. I would give this a zero if I could.
