These idiots did an appraisal on a house and came in very low! The sellers saw they used the wrong square footage and they would not come out and remeasure. They have no care for anyone but themselves. Lazy and rude people! Do not let these guys in your home! Also, his son Levi and Ben are known around town for doing this same thing and now Chuck is not in fair health and not able to do appraisals so he is letting his sons do it for him. They continually lie and won't try and make things right!
