No stars at all ! They downgraded our house like it was garbage. All they put in the appraisal were bad things like a half done paint job...duh, we were in the middle of painting....When we bought the house originally it was half finished and rated a C2 which is pretty good, it was build in 2011 and we bought in 2014. We finished siding, added a deck, finished a lot of work inside, all doors are top quality knotty alder and so is the trim.
