Home Owner Wow what a great company. I will use them again. They have a new website http://www.Appraisal-Center.Com Everything was ontime. The appraiser told me they cover three counties > King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties with other areas considered on a case by case basis. They accept Master Card and Visa which is great when the cash is low. I wish more loan companies new about this appraisal firm. Hey they will discount the fee if it is a repeat appraisal too. Great Service The Appraisal Center was great in helping us get a fair market value to our property. Their service was prompt and we got our paperwork back the next day.
