Unbelievable, Do Not hire this Appraiser When I started my refinance, I knew I would need to get my house appraised. My house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1400 sq ft. When it was time to schedule my appraisal, I scheduled it to be in four weeks and was charged $1900.00, being told it was a rush job.
