I would give this company a zero star rating if possible. First, Gerald Elwood Brown Jr appraised a duplex for us in July 2024 on Rosedale St and put the ARV value $90k below the market, the AMC disputed it at that time but Gary rudely rebuffed that attempt. Two weeks later, another appraiser corrected his error after we ordered a new appraisal. We live out of state and needed an appraisal done on our family land very quickly to satisfy our probate and sale situation. Tyler Appraisal Associates was the only appraiser to actually take my call and they did us the huge favor of stepping out of their usual territory to appraise our land within a week of the request. I can't say enough wonderful things about the responsiveness of Stephanie and Pam throughout the whole experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Fired them. Got Full Refund but even that they screwed up by double charging me. Disregarded my written instructions. One misrepresented himself as "Certified" though only had ONE year experience. Did not do what they said (check with subdivision lawyer) and when asked would not give an answer. Conflict of interest? Too many errors to count. Wasted 4 weeks.
