Excellent Service! Jorge is very good at what he does! I have been working with him for over 3 years!
Unfortunately, my experience with them was not what I had hoped for. The appraiser was very polite and had good communication but he ended up measuring incorrectly and came up with a much lower estimate (by 18-20%) than the two other appraisers whom were experts in the area of Broward county where we reside. The square footage that was submitted was over 300 sq feet smaller than the deeded property measurements and the two other independent appraisals that were scheduled by other realtors.
