Had knee replacement last year done by Dr Anderson. At first it was good but after 5 months was still having pain, swelling and stiffness behind the knee almost like a ligament or tendon was strained. When I went back to Anderson and he was rude, hateful, and just plain mean and it seemed almost like he was offended that there would or could be anything wrong with a knee he did so he tried to blame it on a nerve in my back which was not the problem. I am so pleased with the care I received at AppOrtho! Dr. Benjamin Parker and Shauna Critcher are the absolute best!
There were no road signs for Jack Branch rd. Once on Jack Branch I couldn't find a single sign directing me to the building. There was only one parking space available which I was fortunate to get. Directions given to me when I made the appointment should have included App Ortho in Boone is located in Owen's field house on Appalachian state campus. These issues need to be resolved.
Slow, slow, slow.. . Went once with my mom and it was the same story we waited at least 2.5 hours and then I was fortunate enough to have to go my self a few months later, and same story!
