Drove all the way out from Fredonia to find out they're closed on July 3rd.....even though it said open 9-5 online. I understand closing the 4th, but why the 3rd??

Very poor business ethics, tried to lie and sell me a junk machine said it smoked some still able to use, the engine was knocking hard and tranny was out! Then after I drove 3 hours I asked for them to work a better deal instantly they got a attitude and said they will refund me an sell it to someone else ! A place that shady and does that kind of business must of been born into money because none of them you can trust. One thing to not know another to straight lie and then just say you will lie to someone else!

Polaris has recalled rzrs for starting on fire and they won't fix it because I didn't purchase it there. Ridiculous! Contacted Polaris directly and told me that any Polaris dealer must fix it, regardless where machine was purchased.

Very slow there... My boyfriend purchased a four wheeler from here and recommended a lot of his friends they never got followed up with.. My boyfriend was also promised a helmet because he recommended his friends. The lady said the helmet would be in in 2 days they never called him so obviously he's not getting the helmet its been 3 weeks. His friends were all going to buy from there but the lack of motivation to sell to them caused them loss of business.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. My husband and I purchased a $10,000 four wheeler from them 6 months ago and have been given nothing but poor customer service since. Waited 13 days before they let us pick it up, waited 3 days for a part that was to be shipped overnight, and their most recent stunt was giving us no communication on when our four wheeler was to be fixed.
