My advice is this: Use them for EDXRF. Their service department is great, their application department wonderful, and their machines are unbelievably accurate and precise. I had a machine get damaged and needed help getting it up and running again ... they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. I did have to send our machine in get some repairs, but beyond that, they walked me through setting the machine back up. I can guarantee this, you will be important to them. Had an appointment for an administrative job and was totally ignored, waited and waited. Obviously this is how they run their business. Glad to know before I wasted any money and further time with them, a warning to the rest of us. Stay away.
