Our first time we bought a home we went through Applied Mortgage as they were the only ones who were able to give us a loan as first time home buyers. We just bought our second home, and we didn’t even try to go anywhere else. Everyone is amazing and friendly, they were excellent with my kids as well.
This was my very first home purchase. I started off the loan process with another company, who I was not very pleased with. They were slow on responses, nothing was done in person, and it just didn’t feel right. I asked around and multiple people recommended I contact Lindsay, and I am very glad I did! The process was smooth and very simple. She was highly knowledgeable and tried to teach rather than just sell. Will certainly go back if I should purchase another home!
