I have always had excellent customer service with Applied Housing. The maintenance staff are excellent as well: anytime I've had an issue whether it be a leaky faucet or installing a new refrigerator, the staff have always been very pleasant and timely. As a main contact for any questions regarding policies and service, Daisy S. is excellent. Again, she was very timely in answering my questions and was absolutely pleasant to speak with over the phone. Very happy renter for 2+ years!
Never had an issue with our building maintenance. When I will call the super, Geovanni Garcia he make sure it was taken care of.
I’m extremely happy with my new kitchen and a couple renovations in my apartment . I can honestly say applied housing workers including Geo Garcia were all amazing . Great workers and always there when u need them to fix something. I would give more stars if I can. I’m a happy tenant.
Applied housing is one of the best affordable housing development/market between there staff in the office and there maintenance team that is ran by Giovanni Garcia which I believe has lived in applied for over 5 years himself. Whenever I reach out to Giovanni his response is fast & efficient he takes care of the issue thoroughly & quick as possible. I have been living in Applied since my son was 13. I love living here. The buildings are always clean and well taken care of. If something is wrong I call the office usually someone comes within a half hr. As far as the staff they are wonderful. Always respectful and being a senior they are very kind to me. Donna Dunning
