Living in this building has been a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the waterfront and with multiple convenient transportation options to New York City. I have lived in various applied housing apartments. But for the past 4 years, I have lived in the Bloomfield building., My duplex is my favorite place to come home to. The applied building management staff is the best. Instant maintenance repairs, clean buildings, and our operations manager, Daily Soler was so helpful in finding our apartment. The location in Hoboken and price that we pay is not even comparable. Reasonable, fair, and affordable. I would live there forever if I could.
I recently took over a lease in one of the Applied Housing Management buildings. Not only is the apartment lovely and in a great location but the management team, specifically Daisy Soler, is great. She was so informative and helpful throughout the lease adjustment period and made the experience seamless!
Living in an applied management building has been nothing but a great experience! The location and parking availability are two of the many things that makes this apartment one of a kind. Daisy Soler is so helpful with everything that I have brought to her attention. She’s so quick to fix any problem there may be and is great to communicate with. I’d recommend Applied Management to anyone looking to live in Hoboken at an affordable rate.
I’ve really enjoyed living in an apartment managed by Applied Management. I’m only moving out because of a changing roommate situation but my experience here has been great. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful — especially the front desk lady, Jackie, and Operations Manager, Daisy Soler, who went above and beyond to assist me in several situations and always responded promptly.
