My father and have purchased several appliances for our rentals and have had no issues. The staff is very friendly.
I called this morning (12/26/19) after realizing that my refrigerator was not behaving well. Tyler called me back to set my appointment for 10:30am-11:30am. He showed up at 10:48am, which thrilled me!! He was amazing and got the job done quickly while explaining to me what was wrong!! Thankful for such an amazing derive and I will use them again and tell others I know!
I I always like to give reviews for good companies that deserve it. I was informed when I was looking for a part that the option that I was going for was not the cheapest. I purchased a washer from them last Friday. It was delivered and wouldn't drain the water or spin 20 minutes after they left. I called them. They wouldn't even come back out until Saturday. He came out, looked at the washer full of water and said he couldn't fix it. I was told that day that they would get me another one Monday. Monday went by, no word from them, so Tuesday morning I went down to their office and was told that they didn't have anything and was unsure when they would get one in.
