It pains me to submit a poor review especially during a pandemic, but maybe it’ll help the business do better in the future. I’ve been having temperature problems with my fridge and called this company yesterday based on a combo of great reviews and proximity to my home. A rep answered immediately and arranged fir s technician to come by today between 4 and 6. I agreed to that and the quoted $85 service call charge. Recently found my refrigerator needs some repair. The technician Appliances Repair & Handyman Hawthorne sent me is very informative and told me about an uncoiled tube which causes the problem and that my appliance needs a necessary installation. Appliances Repair & Handyman Hawthorne did a great job. The technician who came in to fix my television was very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. He did not leave until he made sure that it was working correctly, and it has been ever since.
