Appliances Connection was great to work with, and communication was good. If you order from them make sure they are not using Fragile Pak for delivery. Odds are high it will be a nightmare for you. Look at Fragile Pak's on line reviews, Fragile Pak from Henderson NV. Mainly negative , with countless reviews starting with "if I could give them a zero I would".
Appliances Connection is an absolute nightmare! I spent nearly $30k on appliances from this company and EVERY SINGLE ITEM has been damaged and/or doesn't work, and ALL items have been extremely late for delivery (almost ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase)!!! The 2 double door Fisher Paykel refrigerator freezer units ($7k+) were both dented in on the doors and drawers and frame. Appliances Connection only offered a $50 credit. THE WORSE experience! I ordered a very expensive refrigerator and I have called for over a week to no avail. I have 6 dents in this and when you contact them the customer service is less than stellar, they are not helpful and hang up on you. Then since they are remote they can decline the calls coming in. We spent a lot of money and waited 3 weeks plus to get this in. I made a purchase on March 3rd for a dining table . After changing the date continuously for 3 months, I called today for a status and they said it would not ship if I didn't pay 300 dollars after my receipt says free shipping. This is not legal. They are stealing from the consumer snd I advise anyone to stay away . The customer service rep was of no help , and when I asked for someone of higher authority they were equally useless. Stay away!!
If I could give negative stars I would, five of them. The Customer service first level was ok IF you could get them to answer, always documented the issue, but was not able to solve it. Then the issues got dropped on the floor. Unacceptable customer service. I highly recommend NOT to purchase from this company. I placed an order on 9/14/21. The delivery date was set for 10/7/21. I was assured (or rather lied to) that the item was in stock in the warehouse. No delivery was made. I followed up with about 8-10 calls. Escalated the issue to supervisors each call and never got a call back from a supervisor or got the item delivered. When I call, operators are polite and want to help and promise to deliver results. Purchased most expensive washer and dryer set. Salesperson did not advise on additional costs involved with shipping and installation (no power cord!). Shipping was heavily delayed and impossible to predict (unreasonably long delay). Canceled washer order. Product arrived damaged and non-functioning (water stains on back and bent frame).
