Appalling customer "service." They shipped us the wrong item and told us it was our fault that we didn't catch it on the email and we'd have to pay $500 to get the item exchanged for what we actually ordered. This was a promo appliance that would not cost any extra if they'd done it right to begin with. Unless we'd compare model numbers on the email, there would be no way to know and that shouldn't be our responsibility anyway. Unbelievable! I wouldn't speak to people I hate like they spoke to us! Crazy!
