Very efficient. Had an appointment for 11/24 and received a phone call on Saturday around 330pm to see if they could come today. Other than the broken English which was a little hard to understand at times, the technician was quick and efficient. He explained what the issue was and went right to work. Left the area very clean, spoke with me on how he repaired the dishwasher door, and to keep a watch on it the first time in case the seal was broken because of the misaligned door.I would use this company again.
Very efficient, my appointment was on Tuesday 11/24::: they called Saturday and had a cancellation and wanted to know if they could come today. Other than the accent which was a little hard to understand, he repaired my issue with the dishwasher and explained what was wrong and how it was repaired. All is now in working order would use this company again.

Appliance works was prompt and responsive in setting a date and time for the repair of our old Dryer that was making a terrible racket. The only reason we didn't give a five Star rating was because of their initial reluctance to wear a mask in our home during this COVID time and the non professional appearance of the technician. Yes, we would use this company again.
