My washing machine stopped working mid cycle and left me with soaked clothes and standing water. I called to schedule a repair and the soonest they could schedule one was over a week later. On the scheduled repair day I checked online to see an ETA and discovered that my repair had been rescheduled for over a week later again. I was NOT notified about the change. Worst company I ever see in my life. Never rent or buy anything from them. Worst customer service I ever have experience with.

I went into this place to buy a refrigerator with my wife. They were not willing to negotiate a cash deal. Most of the stuff there was overpriced. I did make a deal to purchase a black refrigerator that was used from them. I was told I would get a one year warranty. After going to their warehouse one of their salesmen approached me over a refrigerator. I spoke to them told him what was going on with the other place so they called him. The guy that told me I could get a year warranty changed his mind and said 90 days was Max.... read more
