I rented a washer and dryer from Appliance Warehouse of America for three months. I called to have them pick up the Washer and Dryer. However, when I moved out the guys put a big hole in my wall when removing the washer. I have called and called and called but no one will return my calls. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced which is why I chose to have my equipment returned. After delivering a washer and dryer that were both inoperable the men who picked up the broken equipment damaged my walls. There is actually a hole in my wall. I have been trying to report my issue for 11 days. I keep getting sent to a voicemail with a message that someone will contact me via email. I have not been contacted. Ca I do negative stars? The worst! Hours on hold day after day! NEVER have gotten thru, ever! Sales dept is a nightmare. I can’t believe this company lets Peter speak to customers at all. He hung up on me multiple times when I asked for help regarding hold time. Get this, I pay more than what I owe, I just needed my balance. I’m a travel nurse, can assure you that I will not recommend this company to my company.

If I could give this company a negative 10 stars I would! If you have any other means for getting appliances use them! Too many things to complain about but to summarize: 1. Filthy washer and dryer when delivered. 2. wait times of over an hour to just get a hold of someone. 3. Washer caused major water damage to apartment wall due to rusty hose and it took over a month and 5 calls to correct. 4. Wait time for delivery and pick up is MONTHS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad to be rid of them. First, I scheduled a pick-up because I was moving and they didn't show up because they stated they didn't have enough drivers. The driver claimed he called me but I didn't get a call. It took 2 more attempts before the equipment was even picked up. Secondly, I was told by several of their customer service agents. I would give them 0 stars, if possible. I left my job early, and lost out on pay and no show or call from the driver. Terrible customer service. The customer service representatives (3) provided false information.

The customer service is crappy to say the least!! They never have answers but have much attitude when you ask them a question. They lie about having certain style/size appliances in storage but in reality they give you whatever they have and then increase the price of the leased appliance for absolutely no reason. Management never return calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!
