AW delivered a replaceable stackable washer and dryer to my apartment that was all scraped up on the sides and it was full of dog hair and stunk like hell and to top it off the delivery driver had the audacity to adjust my thermostat, my house was freezing when I got in later that day. Horrible, it’s more affordable to buy a single unit, Takes about 30-40 mins to contact customer support and they have no ability to affect repair issues or faulty equipment besides scheduling repair which can be around 10 days after the call, initial install cost along with second months payment is 1/4 the cost of buying a new unit. Better off saving up for unit, you’d be saving money quicker than you’d expect

I placed a order September 29th, delivery date two and a half weeks out. The day of my delivery I received a email stating my whirlpool would be delivered in two more weeks. I immediately called and spoke with a manager whomstated she would send me a GE set as a loaner until my Whirlpool arrived, I agreed. The delivery went well until I received a phone call stating this is a rent to own set, I can not switch it out for two months, they do not do loaners, and she can schedule a pickup if I dont want it. Save your money and time, do not rent from this company. Our first service date for washer and dryer set up was September 14. Received no call or email about delivery for that day so I called them to find out they had rescheduled to September 29 due to not having the equipment. Same thing again on the 29th, rescheduled to October 13. Same thing again on the 13th, rescheduled to October 28th. After the 3rd reschedule, we cancelled our order and requested a full refund. I entered a lease-to-own agreement with Appliance Warehouse for a washer and dryer back in October of 2020. I made monthly payments and the agreement was for roughly $1349.82 plus a $35.00 delivery fee. I have been expecting my payments to cancel but they have continued to charge me even after my lease was paid off and they refuse to refund me for the overcharged balance. Upon arrival of my washer & dryer- the man delivering it put holes & scuffs in my walls. He also broke my laundry room door. Mind you- This is my BRAND NEW, NEWLY BUILT HOME!!!! I only rented until I was able to get the unit I wanted to own delivered. Horrible, horrible customer service. No response or call backs. I’m going to have it removed from my home ASAP!
