The wait time is ridiculous the second time I've had to call them and waited over 20 min to talk to someone. This last time I gave up because I needed to get back to work.
Follow my first review, since you’re stating you’re not the same company, why is it all the information listed on your google website, is to the exact same people I spoke with yesterday. Same phone number, same web address? Tell me then how I order from YOU if it’s any different.
Just had Nick and Alex come and deliver my washer and dryer after ordering online and everything was smooth as can be, they called before showing up, I met them in the parking area of my apartment and they were in and out in 30 mins, the reason for the review is because they were friendly and professional from start to finish, thanks fellas!
