Have used them twice. They were quick to respond and were very professional
After Sears told me I would have to wait for more than a month to get my oven repaired, I called appliance technician services and they showed up the very next day, a Saturday to boot! I needed a new control panel and they picked one up Monday morning and had me back up and running that very day. I would recommend them to anyone whole-heartedly.

Great company!! My frig broke and I called these guys for some much needed help, no way I could swing for a new frig. They showed up as expected, were reasonable, professional and efficient. Saved me a lot of money as well. Would recommend these guys anytime!
I was afraid I was going to have to replace my 4 year old Maytag washer. Appliance Technician Services repaired it inside of 20 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. I was so happy I called!
Called yesterday to schedule an appointment to have my washer fixed said they’d be out between 1-4 today! Took the day off from my per diem job and the guy never showed up!! Attempted to call the company left a message on the technicians phone and company phone but no one called me back!! Think twice before using this company!! Totally unprofessional!! Very frustrated!!
Was able to get an appointment very quickly for a broken washer. Was given a call the morning of the appointment for a more specific time of arrival of the technician (which is great). John arrived on time, was very professional and diagnosed/fixed the problem in less than an hour. Like recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for future appliance fixes.
