Great experience, called this morning and within less then then 20 mins a call back and window time for today! Within 5 mins could explain our prob and No charge for driving out. To tell us our 7 year old front loader washer, that we needed a new one and wasn’t worth the costly repairs! Highly recommended. My washer was acting crazy. I honestly thought it was a hose issue and it turned out to be a plumbing issue. They didn't even charge me for the service visit. Great company and even better customer service with honesty and integrity. Thanks!
John came to the rescue at 7pm on 2/14/19 - you read that right - Valentines Day at 7 pm. John spent an hour here diagnosing our issue, cleaning a vent and talking about how to keep it from happening again and giving me tips on how to care for my front loader washer. And the price was very reasonable.
I highly recommend ATS! They came to Hoosick Falls to service my washer and refrigerator and were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. Their prices are very fair, the tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. What more could you ask for!
Had trouble with my dryer making this squeaking noise and John came and repaired it and it doesn’t make any more noise. Very professional would recommend him to everyone.
