Kevin was the most responsive service provider we have had. He quickly diagnosed the problems with our Thermador oven, secured the required parts, and fixed it. Then he volunteered to repair our dishwasher and a leak in our refrigerator. All in all, a great experience. We highly recommend him.
Appliance tech pros were great. I got a next day appointment for my fridge. The technician was timely,knowledgeable, and got my thermador fridge up and running again in 2 hrs! 5/5 would recommend.

Called office and was told tech would be available this evening. Instead within 40 minutes Kevin appeared at my door, promptly addressing issue. I also had them clean the compressor. Both individuals I interacted with were pleasant and effective. Glad to say I would call them again.
