I called because my dryer isnt heating, he got all my info and told me the part cost 47$ i then asked if it could be anything else causing my problem and all he said was yes there could be other reasons and instead of telling me other things to check or offering me to bring it in he acted like he had more important things to do and just in a hurry to get off the phone with me. All i needed was a little help and got nothing but a price for something it might not be wrong with it!

I called. He sounded very busy. He took my information and listened to my concern. My dryer wasn't heating. He called me back in about 30 minutes. He helped with a couple ideas of what I should do. He offered several options for servicing it. He offered a service call or I could take it to him. He then told me I could pull a few parts out of the dryer and he would check them at no charge, this is what I did. When I got there he tested my parts and I had a bad fuse. They seem informed about the services they provide but do not seem interested in new business. I tried calling and they had other things to do than set up an appointment to service the dishwasher. Made me feel like I was an inconvience.
