I would not use this place again. We took in a washer for repair and were told it was in good shape and could be repaired. The circuit board was bad and gave a specific code. The repair was done and the washer was used 4 times until we got the same code again. We called and took the washer back in. This time, we were told that the machine had another circuit board and it was now bad. The first repair was $360.00 and it would now cost that much or more to repair again. Mr. Allen is the only repairman that called me back. He came out and resolved my issue quickly and professionally
Mr. Allen went to my mother's home today and pushed a button on her dishwasher and charged her $165.00. My mother called me and told me that she felt that she was taken advantage of and I called Mr. Allen and told him that, I asked him what the $165.00 fee was for and he said $69 for a service call and $100.00 for labor, this is ridiculous and disappointing that he would charge this much labor, he literally pushed a button. The only place that stocked the part i needed, i had a hour and a half drive and they waited A bit after hours for me to get there. And on top of that gave me tips on maintenance to avoid another repair cost ����
Great guy. Tells it like it is even if you don't like it. Prices are competitive. Knowledgeable with over 45 years in the service and appliance parts industry. Competes with the big boys but with a small town personal touch. Not a Good Ol' Boy but an Ol' Good Boy. Promptness is down some because I am getting to be an Ol' Tired Boy. If you know any body wanting work and a career, get with me.
Out to make money. Didn't need ice maker, just a $3.00 part. Charge for new ice maker and installation $350.00. Not recommended.
