Friendly, quick response.
First time using this company. Kevin came to service our dryer. He was nice enough to call in advance to let us know he was on his way. He was very professional and kindly explained the repair needed. Pricing was very fair and trustworthy. A+ service all around!
I’d give 10 stars if I could! After some pretty bad experiences with other appliance repair companies, I can’t recommend Advantage Appliance enough - they were super responsive, able to get me scheduled quickly, and priced very reasonably. The technician (Kevin) arrived on time, and had called me ~30mins prior to arriving, as promised. He was friendly and respectful - he already had his mask on by the time I answered the door, and immediately put covers over his shoes when he entered the house. Advantage Appliance has helped us with repairs on a number of occasions. They have consistently provided reliable service that has given us the opportunity to keep older appliances in working order. Danny primarily comes out on the service calls and he clearly explains what problems are occurring and solutions to resolve them. This is a company that is in our contact list for any appliance repair issues we might need and highly recommend them!
