I can’t begin to thank ARS for their amazing work. I am so thankful for this business and will continue to only call them when I need repairs. From the dispatch to the technician and everything in between are solid folk who truly care. My freezer was not closing well, you can see we had to put a towel in the gap until our appointment. Woman on the phone was short and did not help. Cut me off multiple times to tell me they didn’t provide service in my area. Obviously don’t need my business so I won’t be returning to or referring them.
Greg was awesome and very knowledgeable, excellent service. If you need a repair, that’s the guy to call. He made it happen!
Gregg came out to fix our dryer last week - we’ve had issues for a long time with it. Gregg was super thorough and knowledgeable. I was blown away with how he took the time to explain everything. We’ve had repair companies come out before but never like this. I was very impressed and will be using this company from now on and will definitely spread the word.
