Great repair man! Thanks! Even though he didn't have a replacement part handy he showed me a temporary work around until the part arrived. He also showed me how to easily replace the defective part once the replacement came. Two minute job. Awesome! I liked being able to book online. Getting the update texts helped me better manage my day.
The repair man arrived at the time expected and finished quickly. Thank you. I also really liked being able to book my appointment online and not have to wait in a long "line" on the phone.
