Very professional, did a great job in a very little time made it here in the time that was scheduled and also the serviceman was very friendly and gave out some good advice on how to keep the parts installed working well for a long time.
Have nothing but great things to say about our appliance repair man. Called first, and showed up on time as promised, was polite, quick, and knew how to get our washer back to working order promptly. We had a 20% discount coupon, which helped with the repair bill. Had the same repair man out several months ago for a minor dryer repair and that was also a great experience.
Horrible company. Overpriced. Only cared about running up my bill. Left my house with my heat still not working right.
I had to have our hot water tank replaced which was under warranty. Sears tech that came out said it was unfixable and he put in a call immediately to have a new one approved. Getting someone at Sears office was a joke to get an approval code sent to store until finally the last woman I spoke with and told her the whole story. At this point we had no hot water for 4 days. I love my washer/dryer and agreed to purchase the extended warranty as the service rep indicated I could also add another maintenance service (like the one we had shortly after we purchased the washer/dryer). I was expecting the technician to clean the "inner parts" of the machines like the first tech did. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case - he just hooked up some wires and verified that both machines were operating as normal (which I knew) and left.
The technician did not show up on the assign day. I have wasted by half of my day waiting and missed work. Reschedule the day and during the work time he was not ready for his equipment. He comes back few times during the assign visit and still did not complete the working the same day. He has to come back the next day to complete the work.
We love sears and their services. We have a protection/maintenance agreement on our Tv and they do a great job fine tuning it. We are looking forward to our next tv which we will get at sears.
This was a service visit after owning the washer/dryer for a year. Apparently, the unit was not installed properly.The tech that came to service the units corrected all the installation issues and now the washers cleans better and the dryer dries clothes faster.
On the Jan 7 visit a replacement water heater was installed. As far as the installation, I believe it was done quite well, quickly and efficiently; however, the product has not provided hot water and we are waiting for a second return service tech to fix the problem.
