I orginally gave a good review. But since then alot well nothing has went well. The next day after having the guy from PCS appliance over and replace a part he thought was bad. It was still doing the same thing 12 hours later. I called Christy with PCS appliance and let her know. This was on a thursday. The BBB (Better Business Bureau) gave them an F and its warranted. I have dealt with PCS several times and end up disappointed more times than not.

t is the best appliance company i have ever delt with, the 90 day warrenty really eased my mind, the two guys Paul and Brad where very proffesional, yes, they had to leave to order a part but, that was because they refused to us a used part that may have caused me problems later in life.So of chourse the wait was well worth waiting for..Thanks for the great wok guys and i am sure to do business with you later!!...oh! p.s for the other unhappy lady that posted on here about them, i am sure your are just an unhappy person in l... read more
