Excellent company. Sure it s a small business and they have a lot to juggle but they are fair, not ripping you off like most companies around. They saved me \$35 on one part! They are extremely knowledgeable and deserve your business. They are my first call next time any appliance goes out.

I would not take Johns word on anything about the company as he is with the company and works for them on the side. I talked with John about getting a washer and dryer and drove out to the business. I did purchase a washer and it was crap. The turn knob on the washer stopped turning so I called them and Christy said she would get with Paul and He would come fix it. This review is more about Yahoo than anything else. They will allow anyone to say anything in these posts and don't seem to care whether there's any truth to them at all. Let's start with User123 who tells us everything but what they were working on. Then claims that there had been complaints to the BBB. User123's post was made on 05/11/2010. Well, I was thinking about dealing with them, but after looking them up, seeing all this, and finally calling anyways 3 times but no one will answer the phone at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon, I think Ill skip them and look elsewhere and maybe somebody will be there to answer the phone this time !
I orginally gave a good review. But since then alot well nothing has went well. The next day after having the guy from PCS appliance over and replace a part he thought was bad. It was still doing the same thing 12 hours later. I called Christy with PCS appliance and let her know. This was on a thursday. She said she will talk to Paul and order another part and it wouldnt be till Monday to come back. Well i called them again and again till i finally Christy answered on monday.
