Absolutely the worst Service Company I have ever had to deal with!!!!! I have been waiting over a month to get my Washer repaired under warranty. I made appointments with them and they dont show up, they dont call when they dont show up. I call them and I just get another service date, at which they dont show up. The one time that a technician did show up he was here for 5 minutes and said he had to order parts and would be back to me in 4 or 5 days. Again a No Show with no phone call or follow up.
