125$ for a diagnostic that goes towards the repair is understandable but charging 60$ more to unclog a single hose as youre doing the diagnostic is milking it. Not even 15 minutes total to do it all. Definitely won't use this service again.
I knew exactly what the problem w/ my dryer was and communicated it to them on the phone, they say they'll send someone out. There was no disclosure or mention of the cost. The guy gets here, looks for 5 minutes to confirm that the problem is a broken belt which is what I told them, and asks for 90 dollars and says it's another 240 or so to repair after they order the part. If the 90$ confirmation diagnosis for 5 minutes had been given in advance, I could have just bought a new dryer for same cost.
