Robby is a five star appliance repair guy for sure. Second time we’ve used him and both times I feel like he went above and beyond to take care of us. He knows his stuff, gets the job done and charges reasonable rates. What more could you ask for?
Think twice before calling. Would not recommend.
Had an attitude and was arrogant. Left a huge mess in our kitchen and didn't actually fix our dishwasher. He charged us 160 bucks and just said to push all the buttons and left. Very unprofessional. He also does not live in Seabrook so if you live in the area and think you're calling someone local, you aren't.
This kind put me off 2 times over 3 weeks. Couldn't give me a time window and then when I said I have to leave by a certain time, he was rude. Service never performed, had to call someone else.
He came out and charged me $150 to tell me because it was a stackable washer he could not get to the washing machine to see what was wrong. He took the back panel off and left all the parts out and did not put them back.He said he would call me back with parts that it possibly needed but wasn’t sure. Never got a phone call about anything and he just seemed annoyed to do his job I would not hire him. His business card says if I can’t repair it you don’t pay so I’m not sure what I paid for?
