Called out to replace an oven thermostat. He did not feel right about the replacement part I was provided by the mfr.....and he was right . I went back to the parts supplier and they finally figured out they shipped out the wrong part. New part arrived , I called and the oven was repaired that evening. Pricing very fair.

I call this morning. He returned my in approximately two hours and was able to fit my repair on my washer the same day! He had the part on this truck and it only took an hour to complete! He was very polite and respectful and gave us tips to help keep it clean.

Robby returned my call the same day and was able to fit me into his schedule within 24 hours. He was upfront about his cost during our initial call and kept me updated on his ETA. When he arrived, he diagnosed the dishwasher and even got it running again with a reset. Unfortunately, the fix didn’t last. I reached back out, and Robby came back out on a Friday afternoon, staying until he could verify the machine was washing properly. Robby is a five star appliance repair guy for sure. Second time we’ve used him and both times I feel like he went above and beyond to take care of us. He knows his stuff, gets the job done and charges reasonable rates. What more could you ask for?
