Ken was quick to call me back and set an appointment for the very next day. When he showed up to fix my dryer he was courteous and efficient. His rates are very reasonable and he does great work. Highly recommend!
Mr. Ken is a very nice man. He is very knowledgeable about his field of work. He has reasonable rates without charging ridiculous fees and charges. He did not have the part he needed for my dryer, but went to get the part and come back with it in the same day to complete the project.
Mr. Ken was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He even offered us a discounted rate because it was such an easy fix. We will definitely use him again if the need ever arises. We absolutely recommend! Thanks Mr. Ken!

We Called Appliance Repair Center when our Oven started to under-cook everything. The service tech, Ken, ran a series of checks and determined it would take a new electronic control panel which would cost about several hundred dollars and said it would be better to get a new oven as our was ten years old. He then advised us to just buy an oven thermometer and go by it and not the digital display as there was nothing wrong with the actual oven.
