Do not come to them at all.. They will charge you $105 service fee to come look at the washer (literally just to look at it because my husband did all the work to take it apart and see the actual problem) and to just tell us that there's nothing they can do. But when making the appointment they tell you that they can fix it because they have the best for the job and that you can use the service fee money towards the fix. What fix? If they gave me no solution to have it fixed.
If their distributor doesnt have the part, they will not source else where and not fix. Stuck with a $105 "service fee" for them to tell me what I already told them was the issue, give me the part number, & tell me they can not fix or repair.
Joanna was an excellent technician...very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will continue to use Asurion because of her making the repair we needed so easy!
